Service Rates:

Tier I: FREE or £4.50 per hour – organisations with an annual turnover of less than £5,000

Tier II: £13.50 per hour – organisations with an annual turnover of less than £50,000

Tier III: £18.00 per hour – organisations with an annual turnover exceeding £50,000 but less than £1Million

Tier IV: £27.00 per hour – Statutory / private agencies or organisations with an annual turnover of £1Million or more

The final costs will depend upon the complexity of your website,
Reduced pricing is offered at our discretion.

Design and set-up time will be reduced if all images and text required for the site are provided to us in electronic format. Additional charges will be accrued if we have to scan photographs or other materials; this is typically charged at 75p per item.

Charges for reproducing text in electronic format will be typically charged at a pro-rata rate of our normal hourly charge (i.e. 20 minutes work = £6.00)

Maintenance & Training
If we are required to update your website or provide training in use of the on-line management tools, this will be charged at the same hourly rate as the design fees (above) but is negotiable in many cases. For maintenance of your website see the ‘Site Management‘ section.
