First Stop Training

We offer a standard FREE 2-Hour training session as part of all budget and standard packages. We will visit your premises (Birmingham only) and carry out sessions on a one-to-one or group basis.

For clients outside and within Birmingham and surrounding areas we provide access to online tutorials. The tutorials will assist those wishing to manage their websites internally, but with the assurance that we can tailor support packages as and when required.

Our training packages summarised…

Group Sessions: up to 6 persons

This package will involve a session (2 Hour Blocks) with up to six people, covering:

• Editing & management of posts, articles and other basic functions
• Basic management of back-end operations, member and newsletter management etc
• Management of third party facilities or plugins
• Other related issues as agreed in advance

Intensive: One to One

This package will involve a one-to-one session (2 Hour blocks), covering:

• Comprehensive management of back-end operations
• Editing & management of posts, articles and other basic functions
• Editing & management of member facilities and newsletter management etc
• Management of third party facilities or plugins
• Other related issues as agreed in advance

Virtual: Online & Email Packs

This package will involve online sessions and advice via email or telephone, covering everything mentioned in the previous packages, but also tailored to specific customer requirements.

We are establishing a suite of online tutorials covering a range of topics. Customers can have access to these packages (some free, others premium) any time that they want, 24 hours a day.
