Update and Upgrade!

Keeping your website updated is essential to maintain a relationship with existing or potential customer’s or service users, and to ensure that you market your products or services effectively. Websites that are not regularly updated may lose rankings in search results, and visitors who find little new content.

We provide three flexible options that you can mix-and-match at any given time depending on your needs. We do not tie you to any package, and you can opt out of any of them without any penalties.

Self Management
Once your website is complete we can advise or train you on the use of the online login and editing tools.  The various providers that we use incorporate modern online technology which means that you don’t have to be an expert in HTML and coding in order to manage, edit and update your site.

Where possible we will come out to your premises to deliver training, but in most cases this is done using Internet-based resources and talking to our customers via telephone or email.
Training in use of the on-line management tools will be charged at the same hourly rate as the design phase, (see ‘Advice Centre‘).

Supported Self Management
We can be available to give advice and support on the editing and management of your website as the need arises. If you just need a quick question answered, help with a technical matter or support regarding additional services such as online newsletter campaigns. this is normally via email or telephone.

There will be no charges for issues that can be resolved quickly over the telephone or by email.  More detailed advice will be charged at the same hourly rate as the design phase, (see ‘Advice Centre‘).
