Customer Tutorials >
We are developing these sections over the next year (2011/12) to give our customers and vistors a head start in the self-management of their websites. Our tutorials focus on some of the key management components, breaking information into bite-sized sessions.
We offer a standard FREE 2-Hour training session as part of all budget and standard packages. We will visit your premises (Birmingham only) and carry out sessions on a one-to-one or group basis. For clients outside and within Birmingham and surrounding areas we provide access to online tutorials. (see ‘First Stop Training‘).
Once your website is complete we can advise or train you on the use of the online login and editing tools. The various providers that we use incorporate modern online technology which means that you don’t have to be an expert in HTML and coding in order to manage, edit and update your site.
Where possible we will come out to your premises to deliver training, but in most cases this is done using Internet-based resources and talking to our customers via telephone or email. Training in use of the on-line management tools will be charged at the same hourly rate as the design phase, (see ‘Advice Centre‘).
We can be available to give advice and support on the editing and management of your website as the need arises. If you just need a quick question answered, help with a technical matter or support regarding additional services such as online newsletter campaigns. this is normally via email or telephone.
There will be no charges for issues that can be resolved quickly over the telephone or by email. More detailed advice will be charged at the same hourly rate as the design phase, (see ‘Advice Centre‘).
