Young man shot by police
24-year-old Azelle Rodney, who was shot dead in the back seat of a car by a police officer in Edgware on Saturday 30th April 2005. There were two other occupants in the car at the time.

Justice for Habib ‘Paps’ Ullah:
In remembrance of Habib ‘Paps’ Ullah
Habib ‘Paapu’ Ullah died on Thursday 3rd July 2008 during a stop and search by Police Officers on a vehicle in a car park in High Wycombe at approximately 7.15pm. He was 39 years old and leaves behind a young family.

Michael died at the privately run HMP Rye Hill Prison
Michael was found hanged in his cell at the category-B prison HMP Rye Hill, in Warwickshire which held 660 adult male prisoners, including 150 vulnerable inmates in a purpose-built secure unit.

Pauline Campbell was found dead on 15 May 2008, not far from the grave of her daughter Sarah. Sarah died in January 2003 in HMP Styal
She was one of a number of bereaved parents who turned their own personal loss into campaigning for change.
