Our key design phases are briefly summarised below:

Design Phase 1

We ask most new customers to first complete our no obligation survey. This will help us assess your basic requirements and provide a quote for your web project. In most cases, it will take less than 10 minutes to complete. (see yellow tab above).

Design Phase 2

We will meet or consult with you and discuss your requirements in some detail. You will be advised of the most suitable packages for your needs, and all likely costs will be explained to you.

Design Phase 3

We will suggest appropriate domain and hosting services and optional email etc to fit your budget, and design and layout a draft design for your comments and input.

Design Phase 4

Once your site is complete we also offer basic training in website management and an updating/maintenance service. Advanced training in the use of the on-line tools to manage a website is also offered at very reasonable rates.
