Using Fixed-24-Support ensures a guaranteed special low rate of less than £13.55 per hour (compared to our usual average £18 per hour design & support fees) for the full duration of the support package(s) purchased. *
We review any used-up time every 6 months (or at a customers request), and rollover unused time until it is spent or added to a new support package term.
The Fixed-24-Support package can be applied to a single website or online resource or a group of them – it’s that flexible. Maximum packages: (4) four at any one time.
* A ‘support package’ is a single purchase as priced above and (on average) is used up over a 6-month period. The flexible terms outlined above also apply. Up to (4) four support packages can be purchased at any time and refunds apply in any circumstances as set out in the service agreement.
