Your calls are directed (using some clever telecom facilities) to one specific person at Moneypenny – your Moneypenny personal assistant. If she is already on the phone, one of her small team of 3 or 4 will take your call – they all know you, your business and how you like to work.
Your personal assistant will put calls and messages directly through to the right people regardless of their location, and has a diary of each member of your team at her fingertips, allowing her to handle calls and messages to suit their needs.
